Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Martin Thornalley trading as Red Rock Games, Unit 11, Black Swan Business Park, Black Swan Park, Dawlish EX7 0FQ.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Red Rock Games, accessible from https://www.redrockgames.co.uk
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipping is available to UK customers only. We do not ship to any other geographic region. “Click & Collect” is also available for local pick-up.
Orders received and paid for by You before 14:00 Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received outside these times or on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
The shipping method is selected by You during checkout through the Website and is normally either Free Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. This is charged at a flat rate and is independent of the size or value of the Order and the Goods ordered. At certain busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, we may modify the options available, and/or provide either free upgrades, or a Free Shipping option.

Free Standard Shipping (1-3 working days) – £0.00*
Express Shipping (Next working day) – £6.49**
Local Pickup (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) – £0.00
* These times are guidelines only and can vary depending on where You are located in the country as well as other external factors over which We have no control.
** Express Shipping is not available to customers with postcodes beginning with the following: AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, PO30, TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25, GY, JE
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility if Orders are not received within the stated timescales if it is due to unforeseen circumstances and do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by You caused by a delayed, lost or misrouted Order.
The actual shipping service provider used will be dependent on the Goods ordered (due to the variable size and weight of the products) and the shipping destination. In the majority of cases We will use Royal Mail 48 for Economy Shipping Orders, Royal Mail 24 for Standard Shipping Orders, and Parcelforce Express 24 for Express Shipping Orders. In some circumstances We may elect to use a fully tracked service depending on Order value and/or a carrier other than Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
