Summer 1940, France has fallen and Europe cowers under the jackboot of German military might. Only Great Britain stands alone and defiant – the Battle of Britain commences in the skies over this embattled island. Take command of RAF Fighter Command, marshalling your too few fighter squadrons to protect your homeland’s cities, industrial resources, airfields and vital radar chain.

Take command of the battle hardened Luftwaffe and use your bomber squadrons, protected by your fighter squadrons, to complete a number of specific bombing missions to destroy the RAF and bring Britain to her knees.

Can you change the course of history?

Battle of Britain simulates the epic air battles of 1940 [July-October] between the planes of Herman Goering’s Luftwaffe and Great Britain. Players will either command the German Luftwaffe or the British RAF. As the Luftwaffe commander, a player must carefully plan, organize, and coordinate flights and send the German Luftwaffe on dangerous missions over Great Britain. As the British commander, a player must decide where and when to hazard his meagre fighter forces to stop the seemingly limitless German bombers and save Britain from the possibility of invasion.

Please note: We have been advised by PSC Games that the plastic plane miniatures were misprinted and made from a softer plastic meaning the wings of the planes are often not straight. This can be fixed by warming the plastic miniatures in boiling water and straightening them out. PSC Games will not send out replacement miniatures for copies of the game sold at this discounted price.
